Bookings are made for the selected date and service. No contractual right to free cancellation or refund is offered for a change of mind, late arrival or non-attendance. Statutory withdrawal, termination and refund rights remain unaffected. The withdrawal exception for date-specific leisure services applies only where its legal conditions are met; the specific rules for package travel remain applicable. If the provider cancels, fails to deliver or improperly delivers the service, this clause does not restrict the consumer's right to a refund or other statutory remedies. Services that cannot take place because of weather or an authority's decision are assessed on the same basis. Dates may be changed only by mutual agreement; an alternative service requires the guest's consent.
Send cancellation or change requests to the provider’s contact details with your booking reference. Eligible refunds are processed through the bank to the original payment card; posting time depends on the bank. This website does not initiate automatic refunds; the company handles each request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
